All-on-4 dental implants cost £9,950 per arch at ConfiDental Clinic, or £18,950 for both arches. That is a fixed price, not a starting figure. It covers your consultation, CT scan, any extractions on the treated arch, bone grafting or a sinus lift if you need one, four implants, a fixed temporary arch on the day, and your final fixed arch.

Why All-on-4 costs what it does
The fee buys a course of treatment that runs for months, not a single appointment. It is easiest to understand as seven things bundled into one price, and those seven are also what separates one quote from another when you are weighing up All-on-4 dental implants cost between practices.
Surgical time is the largest single element. Removing any failing teeth on the arch, placing four implants and fitting a fixed arch on top of them takes three to five hours in one sitting, with a clinician and a nursing team booked out for the whole block and no other patients in that slot.
The implants and their components come next. Four titanium implants per arch, plus the abutments and screws that connect the arch to them, are precision medical devices from established manufacturers, batch-traceable and chosen partly because the parts will still be obtainable years from now if anything ever needs replacing. Cheaper components exist; they are cheaper for reasons you would rather not discover a decade later.
The 3D CT scan and digital planning are inside the fee rather than added to it. The scan shows how much bone you have and exactly where it is, and the position and angle of every implant is worked out on screen before you come in for surgery. That planning time is invisible on an invoice, but it is where most of the risk is taken out of the day.
Bone grafting or a sinus lift, where the scan shows you need one, is inside the fee as well. This is the item most worth checking in any quote you are given, because it is usually the one that turns a headline price into a larger bill part-way through treatment. Most All-on-4 patients need no graft at all, since the angled back implants are designed to avoid it. If yours is one of the cases that does, the figure you were quoted does not move.
The temporary arch and the final arch are two separate pieces of laboratory work, and both are included. The temporary is a made-to-measure fixed arch you will wear for months, not a stopgap denture. The final arch is made after healing from fresh impressions, in the shade, shape and bite agreed with you, and it is the most skilled laboratory work in the whole treatment.
Every review appointment during treatment is covered too, so you are not paying per visit through the months while the implants integrate. All-on-4 implants cost UK patients different amounts from practice to practice, and those seven items are what to check for in any quote you are given. A lower headline figure that leaves out the scan, the grafting, the extractions or the final arch is not really a lower figure.

Paying for All-on-4
You will have a written, itemised quote in your hand before any money changes hands. The consultation and assessment come first and cost nothing, so by the time you decide, you already know what your own mouth needs: how many teeth have to come out, whether the bone will take four implants where we would want to place them, and whether a graft is part of the plan. None of those findings changes the figure on the quote.
Three things, and only three, are charged on top: intravenous sedation if you choose it, treatment on the opposing arch, and routine hygienist maintenance once your treatment is finished. Each of those is a decision you make rather than something the scan springs on you, and each is priced in writing before you agree to it. Nothing else is added. If the plan changes part-way through, you get a revised quote to look at, not an unexplained bill.
Finance is available if you would rather spread the cost, on the terms set out above. Applications are subject to status and an affordability check, so approval is never automatic, and it is worth sorting out before a surgery date is agreed rather than afterwards. Nothing about the consultation obliges you to go ahead. Plenty of people take the written plan home, think about it for a few weeks, and come back with more questions — which is a perfectly sensible way to approach a decision of this size.
